The Suzani Vest is one-of-a-kind vintage hand embroidered textiles made in Uzbekistan.  Originally made for women's dowries, this embroidered technique has been passed down from mother to daughter since ancient times.  Each symbol, pattern and color are specifically chosen by the creator to tell a story.  

 This Suzani is made from a cotton silk blend with cotton embroidery.
